Damages and Issues

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us immediately at gupta.mohil@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or repair if deemed appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or Handmade Products: As our items are custom-made and handmade, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale Items: Items purchased during sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges
